Why Grace Is Free

Almost all forms of Ritualism and Religious Hypocrisy and Formalism, start from the false premise that we have to earn Grace Points to Buy a Ticket to the StairWay to Heaven, or Nirvana, or Reincarnation, Or Valhalla.

The lyrics of Led Zeppelin’s song ‘Stairway to Heaven’ illustrates how far this delusion of earning the right to enter Heaven has infiltrated all aspects of our Culture.

“There is a lady who is sure, all that glitters is gold, and she’s buying a Stairway to Heaven”

Religious Legalism and Formalism advocates try to sell us Fools Gold Rituals, by telling us that we can use it to buy Credits to enter Heaven, or Nirvana, or to be Reincarnated as a ‘god’.

The Song ‘Stairway to Heaven’ continues, “When she gets there she knows, if the stores are all closed, with a word she can get what she came for,”

We have an inherent understanding that the Ritual is not going to open the Doorway to Heaven, no matter which Formalism door we try to open, they are all closed because they are deceptive Fools Gold.

Religious Formalism promises Right Standing with God, but then delivers condemnation and guilt.

Paul explains this in great detail in his Epistle to the Roman Church.

Romans 4:11a, AMP, “He, Abraham, Received the Mark of Circumcision as a Token or an evidence, and Seal of the Righteousness which he had by Faith while he was still Uncircumcised.”

How was the Blessing of Righteousness Credited?

We can more easily understand this today if we examine what Paul is saying in Romans 4:11b, AMP, “Faith, so that he was to be made the father of all who truly Believe, though without Circumcision,”

Abraham was made the father of all who Believe, without the need for Ritualism or Formalism, or even Transcendental Magic Mystery Tour Psychedelic Mushroom Meditation.

Abraham was not made Right with God by being Circumcised, but he had the Seal of Righteousness because of his Faith in God and His Promises, and for this reason he was Circumcised as a Token for his Faith.

So Faith is the Key Issue, not the Ritual of Circumcision.
