FAITH VS LEGALISTIC RITUALISM

Paul mainly debated over Faith Vs Law in his Epistle to the Roman Church.

The problem with modern Western Believers is that our Society had moved so far away from the Mosaic Law as the foundation of our Justice System, is that many people do not understand what Paul is referring to as the Law.

Instead we need to realise that Paul is talking about a NEW WAY of being Right With God, which can also be described as Faith Vs Legalistic Ritualism.

Unfortunately much of the Mainstream Roman Church has gradually descended into a Religion based entirely upon Legalistic Rituals and Liturgical Ceremonies, which if we participate in we earn Grace Points towards buying a Ticket to the Stairway to Heaven.

This is exactly what Paul was wanting against in his Epistle to the Roman Church.

The primary effect of Legalistic Rituals and Liturgical Ceremonies is that they actually expand and increase the Power and Addiction to Sin and Trespass.

This is mainly because Religious Rituals of all kinds cannot solve the Sin problem.
