The Promise – The World

February 25, 2023

Some Believers like to say, “We are in the World, but not of the World.”

This sounds very nice, but it misses the point about the World that Paul was Teaching in his Epistle to the Roman Church.

It is sad that every False Doctrine that the Roman Catholic Church has accepted, has already been addressed by the Apostle Paul in his Epistle to the Roman Church.

The statement, “We are in the world, but not of the World”, is used to create a Victim Mentality amongst Believers.

The Promise to Abraham that he should INHERIT THE WORLD, on the other hand creates a World Overcoming Victorious attitude.

Jesus said, “Be of Good Cheer, because I have OVERCOME THE WORLD.”

This is not to say that we should adopt worldly fashions or trends such as Halloween, or wear Occult Symbols, and we are not saying that we should comply with the Woke Agenda that is trying to infiltrate the Church, and turn Believers into passive drones.

The Promise to Abraham was not that he should Compromise with the World, but that he should Inherit the World, which means that we are to Overcome and Dominate it.

We are to Inherit the World through Spiritual Warfare by FAITH, and obviously not through Physical Warfare.

Paul illustrates this in Romans 4:14 AMP Para, “If it is the Adherents of the Law or Ritualism who are to be Heirs of the World, the Faith is made futile and empty of all meaning, and the PROMISE of God to INHERIT THE WORLD is made Void, and is annulled and has NO POWER.”
