Why did Paul Share the Gospel with Religious and Non-Religious people?

Paul discussed several times that he Preached the Gospel firstly to Religious people who were under the Mosaic Law firstly, then he Preached to those who were not under the Law.

This is because the Law serves as our School Master the lead is to Christ.

Religious groups today such as the Seventh Day Adventists, who follow the Cult Leader Ellen White, are trying to place themselves back under the Ten Commandments.

What is not commonly understood is that Paul would illustrate to the Religious Legalists, like the SDA, that they cannot fulfil the impossibly High Standards of the Law without the Grace of Christ.

The Law is Preached to the unsaved to Lead them to the Salvation in Jesus Christ, so the Law acts like a Tutor, then once we are Saved we are no longer under the Law but under Grace.
