Why is the Law our Tutor?

Grace fulfils the requirements of the Law.

As Paul explains in his Letter to the Galatians in Turkey, Galatians 3:24 NKJV, “Therefore the Law was our Tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by Faith”

Some Believers after receiving the Revelation of Grace, then mistakenly believe that the Law serves no purpose past or present.

However, obviously Paul explains that the purpose of the Law was to be our Tutor.

This Legal Tutor explains to us what Sin is so that we can see our need of the Grace of Christ.

Otherwise our fictitious Agnostic Theological Professor Scrooge objects to the Cross with, “I’m a good person at heart, so why do I need the Cross ? I have my Meditation Rituals and they suit me fine”

Our Legal Tutor is only required until we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

In Christ we no longer need a Legal Tutor because of Grace.

This is why Religious Legalists try to convince Believers that they still need to employ the Legal Tutor even after they have been Saved by Grace, thus nullifying the Cross.

The excuse the Religious Legalist Hypocrite uses is, “We still need to employ the Legal Tutor to tell us what is right or wrong , otherwise Grace will be used as an excuse to Sin. Are you keeping the Sabbath Day you Sinner?”

The major Point that is missed by the Legalists and Ritual Game Players, is that the Tutor leads us to being Justified by Faith.

We don’t employ a Tutor to endlessly Teach us Religious Legalism over and over again.

We employ a Tutor to help us achieve a Goal.
