Why Receive the Grace of Jesus?

Have you Received the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ?

If you adopt some form of Religious or Spiritual or Metaphysical Legalism, you will frustrate and block the flow of Grace and Peace in your life.

Grace cannot be conjured up by following the three strict rules of meditation.

You cannot earn Grace by memorising the seven steps to success.

Grace enables you to achieve the happy lifestyle that you have failed to experience through years of Self Disciplined routine.

In Paul’s opening remarks to the Churches in Galatia, Turkey, he established from the outset the basis of our Faith.

Galatians 1:3 NIV “Grace and Peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ”

Notice Paul did not open with, “I hope you’ve been reciting your Ritual Prayers with the Prayer Beads I left you. I also want to remind you about the Prayer Book with the correct Liturgy that you must follow to the letter. it doesn’t matter that you can’t understand it, just recite it seven times per day anyway.”

Paul continues his explanation of Grace in the next verse, Galatians 1:4 , “Who – Jesus-gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age,”

From this we can see that the one Sacrifice of Jesus Christ at Calvary paid the price necessary for us to Receive Grace to overcome the evils of the present time. It’s clear from this that Jesus does not need to be Sacrificed over and over again.

One Sacrifice of Jesus at Calvary is sufficient for us to be rescued, without the need of formulas or repeated incantations or spells.

Galatians 1:4 cont, “according to the Will of God our Father”.

So if we are trying to change this Salvation Plan, by adding our own spiritual recipes, we have fallen from Grace and are working against the Will of God, and need to repent.

The Sceptical Scholar then tries to confuse people with, “My scholarly research has found that the early Christians in Turkey held a wide variety of beliefs about Jesus, so we really do not know what is the real Gospel message.”

It’s amazing that Theological Students are willing to listen to the Agnostic Sceptic just because he has a PhD, rather that the Apostle Paul himself.

The Apostle Paul founded the Church in Galatia, Turkey, so he would know what they were believing, and how they had deviated from the Gospel of Grace.

The Sceptic leading Students astray has never experienced the Grace of Jesus, so cannot comprehend what Paul is talking about.

Paul explains that the Grace of Jesus is so powerful that we will be rescued from the evils of this age, which includes all kinds of PC deception currently being forced upon Theology Students.
