Sometimes we think that if we can try harder to improve ourselves then we will become happy. If this idea comes from a lack of acceptance of who we really are, it doesn’t produce happiness but a constant striving for something we feel we cannot obtain.
The key to stop worrying is to Switch off the voice of the Inner Critic, which is constantly reminding you of your weaknesses and failings. Our Creator has given you unique gifts and qualities which you will express as you accept and believe in yourself again.
Don’t allow yourself to be defined by the Rejection Card played by others. Turn your Inner Switch of Faith on and your Light will shine.
